Personal Update 2

Hey guys, it’s been a long week. I didn’t really monitor my food as closely as I should’ve been and pretty much stayed the same. It’s a little disappointing, but I know I have to adjust things this week and do better. That’s all for my update, nothing special. I’ll be getting into calisthenics next post, so stay tuned.
